These terms govern your use of getdamgood.com ('the site') and any purchase you make from DAM GOOD MENCARE COMPANY, a Kansas limited liability company ('we,' 'us,' 'DAM GOOD'). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us.

2. The products

Beaver Scrub and Beaver Seal are personal hand-care cosmetic products for external use on hands and feet. Not pharmaceuticals, not FDA-evaluated as drugs. Regulated as cosmetics under FDA cosmetic labeling rules. Patch test before regular use. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Do not use on broken skin, open wounds, or eyes.

3. Orders, pricing, payments

All prices in U.S. dollars, exclude shipping and sales tax. We charge sales tax in jurisdictions where we have nexus. By placing an order you make an offer to buy; we accept by sending a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or stock availability.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription products auto-renew at the cadence (monthly or quarterly) you select. Cancel, pause, skip, or modify anytime from your account up to the renewal date for the next shipment. Subscription pricing reflects a discount versus one-time pricing and is contingent on the subscription remaining active.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier delays, package theft from unattended porches, or shipping to an address you provided incorrectly.

6. Returns

See our Refund Policy. Unopened tins, within 14 days of delivery, customer pays return shipping.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, logos, mascot designs (Dammit the Beaver), product packaging, marketing copy — is owned by DAM GOOD MENCARE COMPANY. 'DAM GOOD,' 'DAM GOOD CO.,' 'Beaver Scrub,' 'Beaver Seal,' 'Wisdom Dammit,' and 'Dammit the Beaver' are trademarks of DAM GOOD MENCARE COMPANY.

8. User-generated content

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business.

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Cosmetic ingredients can cause individual allergic reactions. We are not liable for adverse reactions where you did not patch test as instructed or where you used the product contrary to its directions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAM GOOD MENCARE COMPANY from any claim arising from your misuse of the products or violation of these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
