Where we ship

United States only at launch — all 50 states plus DC, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International is on the roadmap, not the menu.

How we ship

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Larger crew orders (more than 20 tins) ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, whichever lands cheaper for your zip code. Tracking number arrives in your inbox the moment the label prints.

Shipping cost

  • Orders under $100: flat $8 shipping anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
  • Orders $100 or more: free shipping, contiguous U.S.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO: real cost calculated at checkout.
  • Orders over 20 tins: real cost calculated at checkout.

When it ships

Preorders placed before June 22, 2026 ship within 5 business days after launch day, in the order received. First-month buyers get the First-Edition Founder Medallion. Standard orders after launch ship within 1-2 business days from Spring Hill, Kansas. Subscription orders ship on the same cadence cycle you picked.

Transit times

  • Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa: 1-2 business days
  • Most of the continental U.S.: 3-5 business days
  • West Coast / Northeast / Florida: 4-6 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii: 5-9 business days

Lost or damaged packages

Email hello@getdamgood.com with your order number and what happened. If the carrier marked it delivered and it's not there, we'll work with you on next steps. If it arrived broken, send a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.

Wrong address?

If you typed the wrong address and the order hasn't shipped yet, email us within 6 hours of placing the order. After it ships, the carrier owns it — re-ship to the correct address is a new shipping fee.

Subscriber shipments

Active subscriptions ship on the same day each cycle. Email a few days before each shipment so you can skip, pause, change quantity, or change cadence. Subscription shipments above $100 also get free shipping.
